Pictures courtesy Phoenix Jones<br \/>\nPolice say the suspect was wearing a gold baseball cap and a purple UW jacket.<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s not clear whether police made an arrest.<br \/>\nOfficers at the scene notified the department&#8217;s Arson\/Bomb Squad about the fires.
