Where do they come from?

Why is it there is always some guy who comes along every few years….who lets us know “I’ve never been a RLSH…but you’re all doing it wrong & need to listen to me!” the latest one being some idiot who used footage of me in one of his videos & then posts “Superhero Supports this!” on his Facebook. I wish they’d check with me first. I can’t bitch about the video part…fair use & all & I put it up there so steal away but damn. Who was the idiot a few years ago? “I’ve never done this…but you all need to listen to me! Stop wearing spandex because when people throw MOLOTOV COCKTAILS at you the spandex will melt!” (really he said that)
So I asked back “Jesus Christ! where are you patrolling? Stalingrad?” Then they get all huffy when you point out they’re talking out of their ass.
Seriously…where do they come from?
And why do I know there will be more? I know…let’s run into hospitals & tell Doctors how to do THEIR jobs! That should go over well…

I’m not even going for RLSH at least yet, and I don’t feel I’ve done anything right… A practice attempt at a secret identity was very sloppy. Who do these schmucks think they are? A Molotov Cocktail melting spandex makes sense, but where do you get Molotov Cocktail-proof armor? Even a tiny version, “Molly” would cause chaos. Probably worse when I think about it.

As long as there are people doing good, you can expect people to tell you that you are doing it wrong.
I admit, if someone threw a molotov at me, I would probably burn to death. I’m a Good Samaritan, not a firefighter. We have cell phones; we don’t have Commisioner Gordon on speed-dial.

You’re always going to have people who tell you how to do your job for you, whatever you do. Take Mr T’s advice and,” pity the fool”. Then forget about them and move on. Theyre probably just jealous anyway.

While I agree that everyone has the right to speak their own mind and express their own opinions it is not right to include another in your expression without permission. Sounds like he wished to punctuate his point by capitalizing on your fame within the community. “Superhero agrees with me so…” Glad you set the record straight. Makes me glad I am relatively unknown.

Like people telling PJ how to do it
When I started dressing up like a superhero I was under the impression that there were only a few other people dressing up and trying to make a difference in their communities. As time progressed I noticed that there were a ton of online profiles of people claiming to do the same kind of work. I remember how happy I was to not be the only “super” around. I actively reached out and talked to several members of the Real Life Super Hero community (RLSH). I was soon being misrepresented by the media for two events and many of the RLSH jumped to conclusions about me, labeling me bad and their most vocal members rejected me. So I left and decided to do my own thing. Since that day I have been the subject of constant attacks. I made some bad decisions early on and deeply regret some of the dismissive things I said about the homeless outreach branch of the RLSH community. The attacks continue to this day. Lately they have stepped up their game, coordinating attacks on my bank accounts, my wife and her association with NW Family Life, posting claims of wrong doing as fact without a shred of evidence to justify their accusations, searching for anything disruptive in a coordinated campaign of bullying and harassment. A film maker I once trusted to objectively report his perspective on what I do has been one of those leading the charge of bullying, harassment and the spreading of propaganda.
I share many of the same morals, ideals and philosophies of a large group of RLSH. I know many who are powerful forces of good like Thanatos, Geist, Silver Sentinel (who retired last night), RazorHawk, DC’s Guardian, Good Samaritan and many more. It is so often the loudest voices that are heard and within the RLSH community the loudest voices are those of a group who actively seek to discredit me and make me either stop or be stopped by public opinion. I refuse to allow that to happen.
That is what he says in response too the haters such as urban. Get shot urban then reconsider what a bulletproof suits protection will need to be.
